All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption, or loss of contracts.

7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Every Dictionary is not responsible for what the user does with user-generated content.

Users are solely responsible for any content they create, share, or distribute using our tools. We do not monitor or review user-generated content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada.

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Every Dictionary as a result of your use of these services.

You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of Every Dictionary. You agree that Every Dictionary will not be liable by reason of any representation, act, or omission to act by you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
